The hair looks right to me, as does the tube top color. The expression is serious, which fits Jill to a T. The strapless bra is somewhat visible so you may try to look for another alternative. I know there's some out there with a smaller profile, but that would be up to you. Glad to see the sweater is looking accurate as well since some people forget it. Other than that, from what's seen in the picture, great job with it. Eventually you can look into the holsters and web belt. You could take a pic of the full costume when ready for further comments.
